can anyone help me please. I can’t play bingo on pogo, I can play all other games. tryed to fix, not working.

I did just change internet services. to comcast cable. had it before and bingo played, but sence I got it bk bingo screen will not come up. tryed everything I was told to do by help.
but still can’t play.
