How about a nice game of billiards? Nothing but geometry.
It greatly depends on your Grade.
How about creating different regular polygon using Matchsticks to explorer the properties of Equilateral Triangle, Square, Pentagon and other n-gons
How about a game like Monopoly or snakes and ladders to test algebra/ commercial maths skills.
A stack of flashcards containing questions can be the ‘Chance’ and ‘Community chest’ cards.
The player rolls a dice, and depending upon the number obtained, a question of a certain difficulty is asked.
For eg: on getting a six, he gets a real hard question to solve.
if he gets it wrong, he moves back those many (eg: 6) steps.
It’s really easy to make.
