My acer 260 treavel mate wont connect to the internet?

I have sbc 2wire, but i’m using net gear’s wireless card, i try to log on using bingo, but it wont connect, plz help
um… i dont have settings
just kiddin, found it, well i hope this works, thanks

    start,settings,network connections, right click wifi and make sure enabled, do the same for the other connection but disable,then reboot. also some computers come with an on/off switch/button for the wifi on the exterior
